Katy Perry Looks Like Zooey Deschanel

I’m astounded at how much these two broads look alike. In case you don’t know who they are, Katy Perry is this girl. She is a 23 year old pop singer with the current top 40 hit entitled “I Kissed a Girl”. Zooey Deschanel is this girl. She is a 28 year old actress who was in Elf and, most recently, The Happening.
STOP! DO NOT go look up pictures of them. Stick with the images contained in the links above, because otherwise you might come across the pictures in my post and ruin the whole game. And don’t click “see all photos” on Zooey’s IMDB page. Just use the pictures on the front page for reference.
We’re going to play a little game called “Katy or Zooey?” This may seem like a pretty dumb “Perez-Hilton”-esque post, but I am just taken aback by how much they physically resemble each other. You will be too.
Here’s how to play. Study the pair of pictures and determine which one is Katy and which one is Zooey. If you are struggling, just remember the clues you know thus far:
- One’s an actress and one’s a musician
- One’s 4 1/2 years older than the other one
I don’t know how those will help you at all. The Answer key is in the comments so you don’t accidentally scroll down and see them in the post.

I think (personally and no offence) that Katy is copying Zooey.
If it’s true, that just proved that Katy is jealous of Zooey, and that Zooey is by far the best, a beautiful inspiration for young girls today.

p.s I can recognise Zooey in all pictures because I love her way too much.

hmm i defintely love them both…they both look like a chick i used to date…definetly the hottest girl i’ve ever had the pleasure of sexing…I wish they would have my babies….
it’s pretty easy to tell by their styles and face shapes.
both styles are kind of old-fashioned, but katy’s is more provocative, hipster-ish, and fun. zooey’s is more cutesy, truly vintage, and elegant.
for face shapes, katy’s looks narrower. something with their jaw bones, idk.
8 out of 8 here. I’ve thought Zooey was hot as hell ever since seeing her in Hitchhikers and only recently came across Katy Perry and thought “She looks a lot like that Zooey chick) so googled their names and got this page.

they completely almost twins.Katy was born to be a singer and muscian because she’s a gospel singer and both her parents were pastors.While Zooey was born to be an actress though she’s now try to be a singer and both her parents also her sister were actors.They just looks like physically.
I was confused the first time I saw Katy’s video for “I Kissed a Girl”. I could have sworn it was Zooey, who I knew was trying to break into the music industry. I had always remembered Zooey’s voice being a little deeper and more subtle.. and she was definitely not going by any alias. When I looked them up together, I was stunned. They’re practically twins. x.x I guess if you study their faces enough, it’s easier to tell them apart. Katy Perry seems a lot more doe-eyed while Zooey DesChanel has slightly more “squint”. But the easiest way to tell the difference? Their wardrobe. Katy Perry has a burlesque, retro, “rocker grrl” style while Zooey DesChanel has a classy, girlish, slightly whimsical feel to her.
And no, I don’t spend all day looking at them. I’m a girl for starters, but I’m also an artist. As an artist, you can look artwork and photographs over and pick out small details and minute differences when making comparisons. Others can do the same, but all I’m saying is that it just comes with the territory.
And for the record, I love She & Him and think Zooey sounds just fine. It’s mostly easy listening and soft rock. <3
they really do look a lot alike, but zooey is more slender and katy has a fuller face, and chest.
you can also tell the difference because of the way they dress, katy wears like cute and tiny outfits with brighter colours and more accessories whereas zooey dresses a bit more sophisticated and dressy

I always thought Zooey was the chick in that Gym Class Hero’s video. I didn’t realize how much they look like till now.
This test wasn’t as hard as i thought it would be. i got 8/8. i really really love Katy Perry and i think that she is an amazing musician. I really love Zooey aswell and i think that she is an exceptional actress. When i saw Zooey for the first time i thought that it was Katy Perry until i found out that it was zooey. They do look VERY similar, though it’s easy to tell them apart. Zooey is much prettier in my opinion, I think it’s the bright blue eyes. Who else thinks Zooey looks like Christina Ricci in number 5 though?

Wow… I thought for sure they were the same person for the longest time… I finally figured out they were just each others dopplegangers. I just fought with my mom about it for half an hour in the car cause she thought that Katy was in a movie and it was actually Zooey!

Look at the eyes and you will see that zooey deschanel looks diffirent than katy perry, Zooey has class and looks Katy doesn’t. Anyone who knows this topic like i do will know pretty blue eyes=Zooey.

post #16 says that the picture on the right is Tayrn Manning but its not. Its a picture of Zooey in the movie Yes Man, when Jim’s character sees her singing on stage for the first time. Just watched the movie last night and I thought it was hilarious, its certainly worth seeing.
they’re not that different you know,both too cheap to buy any real clothes,both dressed like your mom/grandmother/great grandmother,both are now icons for the girls who used to rely on the olsen twins for trends,both brunnetes.

Zooey Dechanel is much more attractive than katy perry and she doesnt have that voice – you know the voice that makes you want to jump through a plate of glass than listen to her speak.

So… I figured the easiest way to tell them apart, at least for the moment. Katy's mouth is shorter and more plump, which is especially clear when they smile. Katy's boobs are bigger too. Finally, Zooey's jawline is slightly more pointed…
